Hidden Garage delivers to Italy, throughout the European Community and to most non-EU countries.

Shipments are made on working days: from Monday to Friday.

ORDER PREPARATION TIMES

The products you can buy are all available. Otherwise the system will not allow you to proceed with the order. Orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed approximately 24/72 hours after receipt of payment.

For any "SOLD OUT" product, you can contact us by email at info@hiddengarage.shop or directly through the CONTACTS page, to understand if it is in production, completely sold out or any waiting times.

DELIVERY TIMES

The overall delivery times are calculated by adding the order preparation times to the shipping times. You will receive a confirmation SMS or email that the goods have been shipped with the code (tracking number) provided by our courier that will allow you to check the progress of the shipment at any time.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 – 18:00).

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage with instructions for requesting a second delivery.
Once the second step has elapsed without delivery, the package will be available for collection at the courier's designated location for a fee.

After the storage period at the courier's office, the package will return to our warehouse. You will be contacted for a subsequent redelivery at your expense.

Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products:
- Italy : delivery is approximately expected within 1/4 days from shipment.
- European EU countries : delivery is approximately expected within 3/4 working days from shipment.
- Non-EU European Countries : delivery is approximately expected within 5/6 working days from shipment.
