In case of normal refund or acceptance of the gift voucher, the shipping costs are at your expense .

• Name, surname, email (with which you registered when ordering) and telephone number;
• The order code placed online (see your profile on our site or check the order confirmation email in your mailbox)
• If the order includes one or more pieces, indicate the name of the product (present in the list sent by email as order confirmation)
• The reason for the return. This way, you will help us understand how to improve our products and services
• Indicate whether you accept the normal refund or the gift voucher + €3 free to use in our store

Within 10 days of receiving the return, after checking the condition of the product, you will receive a response confirming acceptance of the return/gift voucher.

It is possible to exchange the ordered goods only for a change of size, or for another model of the same product category (sweatshirt with sweatshirt, t-shirt with t-shirt, etc.).

Shipping costs for the product to be exchanged are at your expense .

The shipping costs of the exchanged product will be at our expense if the exchanged product has a value equal to or greater than €79, otherwise if the value of the product is less than €79 the shipping costs of the exchanged product will be at your expense.
